Hazardous Materials and Field Communications (HAZCOMM)

HZ1050

HZ1050 is one of the two primary apparatus utilized by the United HAZCOMM company, specifically tasked with field communications and command. This rig stocks necessary supplies for extended incidents including a cascade system, water, tea, coffee, Gatorade, various snacks. HZ1050 also includes a small compliment of HAZMAT equipment and a CAFS system.

The Volvo VHD is the most feasible way I could ever see a Volvo becoming a piece of fire apparatus in the US at the moment. Therefore, HZ1050 has a custom body inspired by Four Guys and Frontline Communications, built on a Volvo VHD 300 Axle-back chassis.
