Battalion 1 - Station 2

United Station 12 is home to Ambulance 1210 and Rescue 1240. This station is the smallest of the whole district. Station 12's area is well hydranted, however many of the roads, driveways, and other common areas would be difficult for a standard engine to reach. Standard tactics for a fire of any kind start with R1240 dropping a 4" supply line at the nearest hydrant, and continuing to the scene. United Mini Pumpers are all NFPA Class 8 compliant Mini Pumpers, equipped with standard 1.75" and 2.5" handlines fed by a 1500GPM pump. United Mini Pumpers also include an Ultra-High Pressure Booster reel with Class A CAFS capability.
